Tone, Stretch and Re-Balance! Our morning classes combine strong muscle workout, deep stretching and specific breathing techniques in a well devised series of gentle yet powerful movements.
You are progressively guided to strengthen your core, release tension and regain integrated balance. The flowing movements inspired by aptly chosen music helps you to achieve stronger muscle tone, increased flexibility and graceful coordination.
