Tone, Stretch and Re-Balance! Boris’ class combines strong muscle workout, deep stretching and specific breathing techniques in a well devised series of gentle yet powerful movements. You are progressively guided to strengthen your core, release tension and regain integrated balance.
The flowing movements inspired by aptly chosen music helps you to achieve stronger muscle tone, increased flexibility and graceful coordination.

 

 

 

KLASSISCHES BALLETT

From Plié to fun! This dance class is suited to Ballet beginners as well as dancers wanting to further their training. Through Boris’ professional experience and passion for teaching everyone can easily learn the basics of ballet technique and steadily progress to mastering Adage, Pirouettes and Allegro. Come and share the fun!

 

 

 

YOGA / YOGA-DANCE

Let's start our day with a dynamic Yoga experience, a continuos calm meditative flow of breathing techniques (Pranayama), postures (Asana) and meditation (Dhyana) in order to get deeper into our body and to start working on governing the ongoing stream of our thoughts. Through this practice we will learn more about ourselves by rising consciousness and increasing awareness to become attentive and alert on who we really are and to bring solid and healthy changes in our daily routine.

 

 

 

MODERN-CONTEMPORARY DANCE

Paolo's dance classes are focussed on the infinite possibilities of the human body, a pure and honest way of moving, where every single action is a result of a thought or an emotion. The combination of different contemporary dance techniques will give new challenges to our body and mind. Exercises will be build to awake our physical sensations and to open our senses to space and time. By doing that, our body will gain strength and a more correct alignment while we will discover a different way of moving and perceiving dance.

 

 

Alle Kurse sind auch für Anfänger geeignet!

All classes will be taught in english (and german).
